What we process. Account data (name, business email, company), authentication and security data, and technical data strictly necessary to operate the Client Portal. We do not sell or share personal data, serve targeted advertising, or carry out profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Legal bases (EU – GDPR). Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service (Art. 6(1)(f)), and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). For users in the European Economic Area we act in accordance with the EU GDPR. Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, plus the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Your rights (Colorado – CPA). As a Colorado company we comply with the Colorado Privacy Act: the rights to access, correct, delete and obtain a portable copy of your data, and to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising and profiling. Because we do none of those, there is no such processing to opt out of; we nonetheless honor recognized universal opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC). Any processing of sensitive data occurs only with your prior opt-in consent.
Exercising your rights. Email contact@xdrip-solutions.com. We respond within the periods required by law (45 days under the CPA; one month under the GDPR) and do not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Cookie Policy
This portal uses strictly necessary cookies only — session, login authentication and CSRF/security tokens. They are required for the service to function and, under the GDPR/ePrivacy rules, are exempt from prior consent.
We do not use advertising, marketing or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal data. Any usage metrics are aggregate and self-hosted.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the portal may not function correctly without the strictly necessary ones.
Terms of Service
Access to the XDRIP Solutions Client Portal is restricted to authorized business users and is provided under your applicable service or license agreement. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.
The service is provided on a professional basis, without warranties beyond those set out in your agreement. Governing law: State of Colorado, USA.

Security
Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3; sensitive data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text, sessions are protected against CSRF, and access is limited to authenticated, authorized users.
The portal runs on hardened, access-controlled infrastructure following least-privilege principles. Report a security concern to contact@xdrip-solutions.com.
